What is the theme from chapter 1 that is continuing into chapter 2? Do not forget that the verse and chapter numbers were added later.
What is life like before we know Jesus [vv1-3]?
Compare vv4-10 with Exodus 34:6. Are there similarities?
When God has reconciled all things in Jesus where do we end up [v6]? See also 1 Corinthians 6:3.
What are we right now [vv20-21]?
Read the passage again and note anything else that stands out or challenges you. Pray that the Holy Spirit would enable you to change and be more like Jesus and demonstrate the unity we have in him.
